Open Concept Living
The open floor plan creates a great space for family/friends gatherings. The cozy living room is equipped with a 4k smart TV with Roku and Netflix and an Xbox One with some games. You'll also find high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, individually controllable heating as well as air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
A Good Night Sleep &
a Good Start into the Morning
Bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and mattress and pillow covers for maximum hygiene. Two of the bedrooms are located upstairs and one downstairs. Enjoy spa-like showers in both bathrooms.
Patio & Grill
During the warmer months enjoy some BBQ or breakfast outside. There might even be some visitors like deer or wild turkeys walking by.
The garage fits two cars. Additional parking space for 1 car is available in front of the house. Free street parking is also possible.
Entry is flexible with electronic keypad.
